Gold Support –
The Thales Gold Support Package provides your organization with core services including unlimited e-mail access to our team of regional technical support engineers. These engineers will endeavour to answer any questions you may have about installing, configuring and maintaining the Thales products. We will also assist you (via e-mail/phone) in integrating approved third-party products and provide advice on how to ensure that your systems can handle increased demand as your business expands. In addition, customers with the Gold Support Package can obtain immediate telephone support for critical queries during our normal working hours.
Platinum Support -
The Platinum Support Package builds on the Gold Support Package but also includes advance hardware replacement. Replacements for failed hardware units are shipped within one working day, with no need to return the failed unit first. All you have to do is send us back the failed unit in 14 days of receiving the replacement one.
Platinum 24x7 Support -
The Platinum 24x7 Support Package provides high-availability support for customers with business-critical projects. This package delivers all the features of the Platinum Support Package and adds support in emergency situations provided through Thales’s dedicated 24x7x365 telephone hotline, which eliminates after-hours restrictions for all severity issues.
