When you call the Thales e-Security helpdesk with a question regarding Pinman, please make sure you have answers to the following questions:

1. What is your Version of PINMan?

2. Were you able to install the PINMan application without problems?

3. Can PINMan connect to the HSM?

4. Can you generate a new system?

5. Were you able to install all of the required keys?

6. Can you generate and load a working file?

7. Can you print PIN mailers?

8. Can you generate a PIN file?

9. Can you generate an Embosser file?
