Header in CH console command set for a different length, to that set in SRM CDS parameter RDRHL.

e.g. CH: Header Length = 4
SRM: RHDRL = 1

When using the IBM SRM it is recommended that the HSM command header length and the CDS parameter RHDRL be set to 1.
