Thales e-Security helpdesk with a question regarding the HSM 8000,
please provide us with the output to the following commands, and
other information requested below:
- Output of VR console command
- Output of QS console command
- Output of QH console command
- Output of GETCMDS console command
- Test data used (or name of attachment containing test data)
- Steps taken to replicate the problem
- State of the unit after error occurs (eg pingable, console working,
LEDs lit, etc)
- Contents of HSM8000 error log
- Did this test data work on a HSM 7000 (if applicable)
- SRM involved? If so, which version and what OS is loaded on
the host?
- Imageloader version number (if applicable)
